The panel consists of two main material systems.
The first is a polyester fiber acoustic base available in 5mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm thicknesses.
The second is a series of precision-cut MDF decorative strips laminated with selected wood-grain films. The strips can be produced with front-only film covering or with the front and two side edges covered.
For projects requiring a strong three-dimensional effect, the three-side laminated option is recommended because exposed MDF edges are minimized when the wall is viewed from different positions.

Standard panel widths are 600mm and 1200mm.The 600mm format is available in heights from 2400mm to 2900mm in 100mm increments. Common 1200mm formats include 2400mm and 3000mm heights.
The polyester fiber substrate can be selected according to the required installation condition:
5mm for selected flexible or curved applications/8mm for projects requiring moderate thickness/10mm for more rigid flat-wall panels/12mm for projects specifying a thicker acoustic substrate
The 10mm and 12mm versions are not intended for easy bending. Where a curved wall is involved, the 5mm option should be evaluated first.
