This week marked a meaningful breakthrough for SHIPO: two 40-foot containers were successfully shipped to a new customer in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The order is especially significant because the cooperation was not built overnight — it was the result of approximately five months of steady follow-up, product verification and trust-building.

A Five-Month Customer Journey

The relationship began when the customer left contact information through one of our social media channels. Our team followed up promptly to learn more about the customer's local market, product interests and purchasing requirements.

Rather than pushing for a large order immediately, we focused on making the first step easy and practical. Product samples were prepared and sent so the customer could evaluate the appearance, structure and quality of our wall panel products firsthand.

From Samples to a Trial Order — and From a Trial Order to Trust

After reviewing the samples, the customer moved forward with a small trial order. This stage became an important test of much more than the product itself. Communication efficiency, order coordination, packaging, quality control and delivery all formed part of the customer's first real experience of working with our team.

The trial order received positive feedback. With each step completed smoothly, both sides developed greater confidence in the cooperation. The relationship gradually progressed from a new inquiry to a customer who was ready to place a larger, more meaningful order.

Bulk Order Confirmed at the End of August

By the end of August, after months of communication, sampling and a successful trial order, the customer officially confirmed a bulk purchase of two 40-foot containers. For our team, this was a new breakthrough with a new customer in Almaty — and a clear example of how patient follow-up and consistent service can turn an initial online lead into real, long-term business potential.

Once the bulk order entered production, sales, production, quality-control and logistics teams worked closely together. Every stage was checked before shipment, and the finished goods went through multiple rounds of inspection to help ensure that the order met the agreed requirements.

Final Quality Checks Completed, Containers Dispatched

After the final inspections were completed, the goods were loaded early in the morning and the two containers officially departed for Almaty. The shipment represented the final step in a five-month journey that began with a simple contact left through social media.

For overseas customers, we understand that trust is built through details: a sample that matches expectations, a trial order handled carefully, clear communication when questions arise, consistent product quality, and responsible coordination until the shipment leaves the factory.

Celebrating the Team Behind the Success

To recognize the teamwork behind this successful order, we held a small incentive and experience-sharing meeting in the office. Colleagues who had remained attentive and committed throughout the customer-development process were presented with rewards and recognition for their contribution.

The order was not the achievement of a single person. From new-media lead generation and customer follow-up to sample preparation, trial-order service, production coordination, inspection, packaging and logistics, many people contributed at different stages. The meeting was therefore both a celebration and a practical sharing session: a chance to recognize good work and turn one successful customer journey into experience the wider team can learn from.

Every Inquiry Can Be the Beginning of a Long-Term Partnership

This cooperation is a reminder that international business is often built one step at a time. A social media inquiry can lead to a sample. A sample can lead to a trial order. A well-served trial order can build the confidence needed for a full-container purchase.

For SHIPO, the shipment to Almaty is not the end of the story — it is a new beginning. We appreciate the customer's trust and the commitment of every team member who supported the project. We will continue to improve our products, service and delivery capabilities to support distributors, wholesalers, contractors and project partners in more markets around the world.
